Once you complete your reservation, you’ll see a ‘Reservation Confirmation’ page with your reservation number clearly highlighted. You will also receive a confirmation email with your booking details and collection instructions.

You can extend your rental duration either when you collect the vehicle or during your rental period. To do so, please contact us on 1300 227 473 or visit your nearest location. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting our Reservations Team at 1300 227 473 or NZ 0800 445 492.

Local renters are defined as those whose residential address is within 50 kilometres of the rental branch (as the crow flies). You must provide a driving licence and another valid proof of address, such as a utility bill or rent receipt. For a full list of accepted documents and further information, please visit [link].

You are welcome to return the vehicle early; however, please note that we do not offer refunds for unused rental days.

One-way rentals may be available. Please contact our Call Centre or your nearest branch to check availability.
