- Waiver amount as specified in the Alpha Hire Rental Agreement, or otherwise cover the full cost.
Please note: Admitting liability for any claim, loss, or demand will be considered a breach of the Alpha Hire Rental Terms and Conditions.
If you need roadside assistance during your rental, all vehicles come with 24-hour roadside assistance for any mechanical faults.
However, non-mechanical issues such as lost keys, keys locked inside the vehicle, or a flat battery due to lights being left on are not covered by the free roadside assistance. These will incur a $180 fee per call-out.
You can avoid these charges by purchasing the Roadside Assistance package for $5.50 per day, which waives all such costs.
