We cannot guarantee a specific make or model due to the variety in our fleet. However, all vehicles within the same class will have similar size and passenger capacity.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our vehicles. If any animal fur or odours are detected, cleaning charges starting from $299 will apply.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee starting from $299 will apply.

Our vehicles are not permitted to be used off-road or taken directly to snow areas.

You may drive an Alpha vehicle in most states and territories of Australia, but travel is not permitted into or out of the Northern Territory, Western Australia, or Tasmania. Additionally, travel via barge or ferry is not allowed, and vehicles cannot be driven on unsealed roads or in snowy conditions.

All vehicles should be provided to you with a full tank of petrol. Please return the vehicle in the same condition. A refuelling fee of $4.40 per litre applies (with a minimum charge of $20).

Unfortunately, our vehicles are not permitted to be used for towing.
