What subscription plans are available?
Alpha FlexiDrive offers a fixed weekly price for each car. You can also choose to upgrade to a higher mileage package and reduce your insurance excess.
Can businesses or sole traders use this service?
Yes! Alpha’s subscription is a great solution for business owners, freelancers, or company fleets—providing flexibility without long-term contracts.
What happens if I damage the car or it needs servicing?
Servicing is included in your subscription. If damage occurs, the standard insurance excess applies unless you’ve added liability reduction. Routine maintenance is also covered by Alpha.
What is included in an Alpha FlexiDrive subscription?
Your fixed weekly or fortnightly payment includes the vehicle, 1,200 km of included travel per month, insurance, registration, servicing, maintenance, and roadside assistance.
What information do I need to provide?
On the pickup date, you will sign the rental contract. We will also set up your automatic weekly payments on your credit card. Please note that your driver’s licence will need to be sighted, and you will be required to set up a toll account for the vehicle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Alpha FlexiDrive subscription at any time with 28 days’ written notice. This is a continuous subscription, which only ends once notice has been provided and the vehicle is returned to the branch.
How is a car subscription different from car hire or leasing?
Unlike short-term rental or long-term lease contracts, a subscription offers month-to-month flexibility, allowing you to cancel or switch vehicles as needed.
