About the role
Alpha Car Hire has permanent Customer Experience Representative opportunities available at our Brisbane locations. You will be responsible for attending to customers hire vehicle requirements ensuring our customers receive quality service and an experience they would repeat, share, or recommend. The available roles will be worked in accordance with a seven (7) day rotating roster and required to work within the branch operating hours of Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday to Sunday 7am to 7pm.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with hourly award rates per applicable award classifications and eligibility for the monthly reward scheme alongside superannuation according to the Super Guarantee.
Your role and responsibilities:
• Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating their needs
• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Selling additional over the counter rental products
• Managing reservations
• Conditioning returned vehicles
• Checking for and recording vehicle damage
• Movement of vehicles on and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, delivery to customers or other location Occasional cleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehicles
• Ensure compliance and workplace health and safety risks and incidents are reported promptly and managed effectively
• General branch cleaning duties

About you
• Excellent communication skills and a positive ‘Can do’ attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and complaint handling skills
• Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team
• Ability to multi-task and highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Be able to work weekends and public holidays as required
• To have own reliable transport to and from the branch.
• Willingness to travel and work between locations
• A full and current relevant State driver’s licence
• Experience, although preferred, is not essential
